Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned or refunded if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Products that are used, damaged, altered, or not in original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return & Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

Approval & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Rejected Refunds: If the item does not meet eligibility criteria, the return will be rejected and shipped back to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately after receiving the item. Replacement products will be shipped after inspection of the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos and order details for faster resolution. Whiteline will cover the shipping cost for replacement or correction in such cases.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Whiteline is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.
